I was on Broadway at the Arcade, amid the cheerful clacks and drings of electronic entertainment, enjoying a round of Street Fighter II with my spiritual adviser, Rabbi Simcha Fefefferman. On the video screen, a plug-ugly named Balrog had just cut loose with a series of side-kicks and elbow blows, against which the old sage was only too helpless. Game over. Onto the screen came a diagnosis: "Your problem is you don't have any rhythm."
"Funny," I said. "You could say the same thing about Oliver Stone." The rabbi resettled his hat and declared, "I want to see this Killers, you should for-give the expression. You've got maybe another quarter?"
