If you're looking for a classic and quick dessert for your Thanksgiving dinner table, you may be tempted to grab a frozen pie from the supermarket. But beware--in every slice you may get a heaping serving of calories, fat, saturated fat, trans fat, and sugar.
When you consider that all pies are created with rich, buttery crusts, creamy fillings or sugary fruit fillings, it shouldn't be a surprise that they are laden with calories and fat.
