People who open art galleries probably are a lot more passionate about art than people who open hardware stores are about sandpaper and ballpeen hammers.
In the Capital District, an area assumed by many not to be terribly interested in or supportive of the visual arts, opening a gallery requires vision, planning, capital - and steel nerves.
