King Hussein signed a decree on Saturday dissolving Jordan's lower House of Parliament, which represents the interests of Palestinians in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, the official Jordanian press agency announced on Saturday afternoon.
The action is being taken here as a clear indication that Jordan intends to sever most or all of its ties with the West Bank, which has been occupied by Israel since 1967.
