Fad rockers never die. They become movie villains.
Adam Ant, the British New Wave performer who reached his peak in the United States about six years ago, has resurfaced in "Out of Time," a funny and suspenseful television movie airing Sunday at 9 p.m. on WNYT (Channel 13).
Ant's journey into acting was preceded by, among others, Gene Simmons of KISS - who took on Rutger Hauer in "Wanted Dead or Alive" and Tom Selleck in "Lassiter" - and David Bowie, who stole a baby in "Labyrinth."
