CDC Mobile to invest in Japanese 3G content provider
Shanghai. January 26. INTERFAX-CHINA - CDC Mobile, a mobile value-added service provider in China, said today the company has entered into a letter of intent to make a strategic investment in BBMF Group Inc, a 3G content provider in Japan.
CDC Mobile plans to invest US $20 million in convertible bonds issued by BBMF. In addition, the two companies would form a strategic alliance to jointly target 3G markets in both Japan and China, according to the company.
