YOU are what you eat is the message from health experts and foodies -- but what if what we eat makes us ill or could even kill us?
That's the reality for around 20 million people who find themselves at war with food -- either battling life-threatening allergies (2pc in total) -- or intolerant to certain foods or ingredients, and as a consequence suffering debilitating symptoms or illnesses.
Yet sufferers of food intolerance are receiving little or even no help from the medical profession according to a recent report called Stolen Lives.
