Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world and because of this, is subject to many legends, stories, traditions, and myths. The myths mentioned below will provide some food for thought with regard to some of the misconceptions that are widespread among coffee consumers worldwide.
The first myth has to do with coffee roasting, regarding what kind of coffee quality is produced by various types of roasters. Roasting has undergone some changes in the last 25 to 30 years, and many different types of roasting equipment are available today.
