Jan. 28--CERRO GORDO -- For almost 45 years, Charlene Smith has been the one who knows everyone's name. "Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came," the song by Judy Hart Angelo and Gary Portnoy invited viewers to the "Cheers" television show. Much the same, Smith, now 75, has invited customers into her grocery store. "Young people will ask, 'Do you remember me?' " said Smith. "Yes, I do, as if I would forget.
