Courtney Collins Phillips and Michael Bret Kirk celebrated their marriage in an evening ceremony at First Baptist Church in Yazoo City on December 17, 2005.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. James Edward Phillips II of Yazoo City and the late Mrs. Phillips and the granddaughter of Mrs. Hugh Taylor Collins Jr. and the late Mr. Collins and Mrs. James Edward Phillips and the late Mr. Phillips. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Michael Kirk and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Waburn Melton and Mr. and Mrs. George Kirk.
