Newmark Knight Frank announced that industry veteran Merrill L. Roth has assumed the position of vice chairman and principal, effective January 1.
As vice chairman of the New York-headquartered global real estate services provider, Roth will provide tenant representation services for major corporate space users, as well as strategic planning, deal restructuring, and acquisition/disposition services.
Roth has an impressive 29-year career in providing real estate services for both tenants and owners, in the New York metro area and throughout the country.
