For the third consecutive year, W&H hosted a festive dinner in honor of the many commercial real estate brokers who leased space at W&H buildings during 2006 and, in doing so, contributed to the portfolio's success.
Thanks to their help, there is much to celebrate. In only three years, some 1.5 million square feet was leased and more than $15 million in brokerage commissions paid on signing across the portfolio's properties, including The Lincoln Building at 60 East 42nd Street, 1359 Broadway, 250 West 57th Street and 501 Seventh Avenue.
