Designed by architect Garrett Gourlay as a distinct visual statement at the corner of Sixth Avenue and West 18th Street, 100 West 18th Street, a new luxury residential condominium property, will rise 10-stories in an unusual multi-angled shape that creates chamfered corners, multiple setbacks, double-height windows and an array of private terraces, all sheathed in iridescent black brick.
The building will consist of 41 condominium residences, with 23 distinct layouts and prime retail space at the base.
