Houston Texas - Direct Pet Health Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DPHG), announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire another Dallas-based pet industry service provider -- First Pet Life, Inc. (Pink Sheets:FPLF).
