WASHINGTON _ The White House is preparing to unveil in the next two weeks a long-promised set of human rights principles for American businesses overseas that will almost certainly be opposed by human rights activists and could well be attacked by major business groups. 
To pressure those business groups to support the human rights principles, White House officials are trying to sign up in advance the chief executives of at least three major corporations _ Chrysler Corp., Eastman Kodak Co., and TRW Inc., according to other business leaders.
