Jan. 30--MIAMI -- In between Senior Bowl workouts last week in Mobile, Ala., a contingent of Tampa Bay Buccaneers coaches and scouts were out to dinner when personnel executive Doug Williams excused himself to go to the restroom. On the way back to the table, Williams was stopped by an elderly black man. "Son, let me shake your hand," the man said. "Nothing meant more to me than what you did -- and I'm 74 years old." Williams, who led the Washington Redskins to a 42-10 rout of the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XXII, recounted the chance meeting Monday.
