Jan. 30--Alma Randolph, the equal employment opportunity officer for the city of Owensboro for 18 years, said Monday she is considering leaving city work and the community because of what she claims is a pattern of racial discrimination against her by her supervisor.

Randolph, a noted gospel singer and head of the Alma Randolph Foundation, said personnel department supervisor Danielle Woodward began taking duties from her position last year and gave her a racially offensive gift during an office Christmas party.
