BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthy Food Holdings, a portfolio company of private equity firm Catterton Partners, today announced that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of CoolBrands Dairy, Inc. CoolBrands Dairy manufactures and markets yogurt products under the Breyers and Creme Savers(R) brands.
