All three Adviser Fund Indices had their exposure to Asia Pacific equities reduced by the AFI panellists, as short-term performance concerns and fears of a global slowdown grew.
Exposure to Asia Pacific equities was reduced across all three Adviser Fund Indices at the last rebalancing in November 2006. Exposure to the asset class fell by 16.61% in the Aggressive index, 18.75% in the Balanced and 10.82% in the Cautious.
The weighting in the IMA Asia Pacific ex Japan sector, following November's rebalancing, was 5.2% in the Aggressive AFI, 2.5% in the Balanced and 0.4% in the Cautious. Six Asia Pacific ex Japan funds currently appear in the Aggressive ...
