Q: Your study found no link between low-carb diets and increased CHD risk in women.

A: Right--and women whose low-carb diets included plant protein from whole wheat bread, brown rice, and legumes and vegetable fat from nuts and canola or olive oil-based salad dressing reduced their heart disease risk by 30%.

Q: Low-carb dieters didn't lose weight. Why?
