Recently Nursing Homes/Long Term Care Management asked The Marlin Company, producer of the "Communication Station" line of print and Internet literature aimed at employee education and improved morale, to cosponsor a survey of the magazine's readers on their own perceptions of long-term care. Much about long-term Care is published and lectured on and many analyses are offered--but what do the field's managers and workers themselves think about the long-term care issues of the day?
