Jan. 31--"The Supreme Court" is quite possibly the only major series in the history of television on this subject. There are reasons for that. How many times, for example, can a camera slowly pan those ornate columns of the Supreme Court building before viewers nod off (then fall off the couch)? Who among us is conversant or even slightly familiar with Marbury v. Madison, Dred Scott v. Sandford, or Engel v. Vitale? And this guy Rehnquist?
