This one-of-a-kind white clapboard Colonial Revival dollhouse was constructed entirely by hand in 1932 by Budd D. Gray of Greenwich, Conn. The four-bedroom center-hall dollhouse's high value is also based on its mint condition, complete original handmade furnishings and accessories, and known provenance.
