Jan. 31--Two more taco carts were shut down recently by The Salt Lake Valley Health Department.
The closures are part of a recent crackdown on weather-related violations at outdoor food carts.
El Adobado, 3333 W. 3500 South, was closed Friday according to a notice posted on the department's Web site, for failing to have water available at the hand sink and using an unapproved canopy.
