Feb. 1--Folks who grew up framing favorite Ebony magazine covers will have a new way to celebrate the African-American legends that the publication has featured over its 61 years.
To kick off Black History Month, Cleveland-based American Greetings Corp. has partnered with Ebony to create the new Ebony Inspirations cards, a vibrant-looking set of eight cards that reproduce covers of famous black historical figures back to 1948. Famous faces include entertainment celebrities, a sports star and political icons.
