Feb. 1--Citadel Mall shoppers could soon have a case of deja vu.
J.C. Penney is planning a return to the West Ashley shopping center, some six years after it moved out, people familiar with the deal said this week. Penney is expected to fill the void being left by the Parisian department store, which is set to close this month.
The Plano, Texas-based department store chain also has a store in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston.
Rumors have been circulating for months that Penney would take over Parisian's large, two-story space. Officials from neither Belk Inc., which owns the Parisian chain of stores, nor J.C. ...
