After more than 50 years, Lena Horne remains one of the busiest and most popular entertainers in show business.
Still going strong, the 77-year-old legend recently taped a TV special for the Arts & Entertainment (A&E) cable network.
The special will feature Ms. Horne performing in a concert taped at The Supperclub in New York City. Backed by the famed Count Basie Orchestra, she performs such standards as The Lady Is A Tramp, Yesterday When I Was Young, Just One Of Those Things as well as tunes from her new jazz album, We'll Be Together Again. The special will air in December.
