NEW YORK, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Random House, Inc., and Humongous Entertainment, Inc., today announced a major co-publishing agreement to jointly create, produce, and market a multimedia series of nonfiction CD-ROM titles and books for children ages 3 to 8. 
The series, called Junior Encyclopedias(TM) -- a new product line created by Humongous Entertainment -- takes children on exciting, interactive field trips filled with animation and sound.  Each title invites children to visit a specific environment that comes alive, as they point and click to discover information at their own pace.
