Production, Oil and Gas Revenues and Cash Flow Increase 
Net Income Declines on Lower Oil and Gas Prices 
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- HS Resources Inc. (NYSE: HSE) today reported that for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1994, oil and gas production increased 27 percent to 1,316,899 barrels of oil equivalent ("BOE").  Oil and gas revenues increased 17 percent to $15,490,236, and cash flow from operations increased to $9,251,316, or 2 percent, compared to the same period last year.
