Feb. 3--John B. Nano and his "dissident" group swept back into power at Fairfield-based Competitive Technologies Inc. on Friday after winning a majority of shareholder votes at the annual meeting.
The entire board of directors and senior management were replaced after stockholders votes were officially recognized at the meeting, held at the American Stock Exchange in New York.
