Feb. 4--What are you most concerned with in our community? Is it the condition of streets and highways? Is it the quality of public education or the cost of a college education? Is it crime and corruption? Is it all of the above? The Brownsville Herald and the University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College Cen-ter for Civic Engagement have partnered to find out and help bring to light these issues and what we can do to help our community grow in a positive direction.
