PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1994--Hexcel Corp. (NYSE/PSE:HXL) announced Wednesday that it has reached a definitive agreement with Texas Almet Inc. of Arlington, Texas to become a specialized distributor of Hexcel's metallic and non-metallic honeycomb throughout North America.
The agreement is designed to service Hexcel customers with small or expedited-delivery honeycomb requirements. Under the terms of the agreement, Texas Almet will stock Hexcel honeycomb and provide the following benefits: (1) a quotation response within forty-eight hours, (2) delivery in less than ten days, (3) competitive pricing and (4) no minimum order requirements.
