BOISE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 04, 1994--MK Gold has entered into a 50-50 percent joint venture with Orvana Minerals Corp. (ORV-T) to conduct exploration, development and mining in Sweden.
Orvana will be the manager of the joint venture during the exploration stage. MK Gold will be the manager during the development and operations stages. The joint venture's area of interest includes all of Sweden. Each of the joint venture partners will contribute US $500,000 to initially fund this joint venture.
