Feb. 3--It may seem familiar when a conversation gets going about how Thais don't understand English very well, but few know that a Thai company is set to lead the region in English coaching over the next couple of years.
"Our aim is to have a presence in basically all the markets in this region from Indonesia to Japan," says Michel Le Quellec, founder and director of Wall Street Institute, the country's leading English coaching company. "We are set to open our doors in Indonesia within the next three weeks and once that is done we want to concentrate on opening branches in Japan."
