One Wal-Mart vendor has accused a competitor of stopping at nothing to secure more business from the nation's largest retailer.
Central Park Products of New York, in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Fayetteville, claims Dorel Juvenile Group Inc., which you might know as Cosco Home & Office Products of Columbus, Ind., spread lies about Central Park's ability to meet Wal-Mart's order.
Central Park supplies metal folding chairs, stools and tables to Wal-Mart under a contract worth millions annually. Dorel also supplies Wal-Mart with metal folding chairs, stools and tables.
