Feb. 6--CRESTVIEW -- A clerk at the Family Dollar store in the 400 block of W. James Lee Boulevard was stabbed repeatedly Monday night during an apparent robbery, according to a witness and city police.
The woman was conscious and talking when paramedics arrived. Her name was unavailable. She was flown by helicopter to a Pensacola hospital for treatment. It wasn't clear where or how many times she was stabbed, or whether the suspect managed to steal any money.
Some five to six people were in the store -- two clerks and customers.
