Feb. 7--WASHINGTON -- Robert Jordan used to have to reimburse his cousin in New York for the Billionaire Boys Club clothes she would buy at a store in Harlem and deliver to him. Now, Jordan can save her the trouble by shopping at home at Commonwealth, a Norfolk-based boutique that opened its only other store, in Washington, last month. Jordan discovered Commonwealth as one of the few retailers in the world that carry the BBC line, by music producer Pharrell Williams, along with other hard-to-find streetwear designers.
