Feb. 7--WINTER PARK -- Lake Howell's boys soccer team held firm for the final minute of its second-round regional game against Tampa Wharton as its fans began to celebrate the impending victory. Then the referee blew the whistle, reset the clock and they did it all again.
But confusion over the clock, which persisted throughout the second half, couldn't stop Lake Howell from winning this game.
