Feb. 7--Since 1971, Easter Seals Central and Southeast Ohio has helped disabled children and adults at a nondescript building near Parsons and Livingston avenues. With its mission and neighboring Children's Hospital expanding, Easter Seals has pinpointed a site for a new home.
Easter Seals said it plans to build a $3.5 million headquarters in Hilliard, along Trueman Boulevard near Mill Run. Daimler Group will develop the 22,000-square-foot center.
