WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert D. Krebs, chairman, president and CEO of Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway, has been elected 1995 chairman of the board of directors of the Association of American Railroads (AAR). 
Mr. Krebs was elected at the AAR's Board meeting here November 4. He will succeed David R. Goode, chairman, president and CEO of Norfolk Southern Corporation on January 1.
