Messe Frankfurt Middle East announced the formation of an advisory board to supervise and streamline the Hardware & Tools trade fair that will be the biggest ever event reflecting on the impact that the region's construction boom is having on the demand for professional building equipment and services.
The Gulf construction industry is estimated to be worth $750 billion with some media estimates putting the figure at around $1 trillion with the hardware and tools sector estimated at 20% of that figure, bringing the total industry size throughout the GCC to $150 billion (AED 551 billion).
