On December 4, 2006, Newmarket Knight Frank Retail welcomed over 275 guest to their annual cocktail reception commencing the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) idea exchange and deal making event. The festive gathering at Brasserie 8 1/2 celebrated an outstanding 2006. The three-day conference at The New York Hilton Hotel attracted an enthusiastic assemblance of retailers, owners and developers.
