EL PASO, Texas, Feb. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On February 8, the El Paso Electric Board of Directors appointed Robert Clay Doyle to serve as Vice President of New Mexico Affairs. In that position, Doyle will oversee the execution of all functions of El Paso Electric's business within New Mexico. He will also participate in establishing corporate business goals and objectives and developing and implementing appropriate strategic plans.
