DALLAS, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Curtis Mathes Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: CRTM) reported net income of $456,025 ($0.05 per share) on increased revenues of $26,676,970 for the first quarter of fiscal 1995 ended Sept. 30, 1994, compared to net income of $476,722 ($0.06 per share) on revenues of $18,521,273 for the respective period in 1993. 
The increased revenues are attributable to the expansion and reorganization in the Curtis Mathes subsidiary, acquired in November 1993.  This subsidiary is a manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronics products.
