WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nov. 9, 1994--CMG Information Services, Inc. today announced the sale of CMG's wholly owned subsidiary, BookLink Technologies, Inc. to America Online, Inc. [NASDAQ:AMER]. (AOL) for $30 million of AOL stock.
