Feb. 11--The intense force of Hurricane Katrina brought destruction to many parts of the Gulf Coast which have not been as widely publicized as the devastation that hit New Orleans. The storm's wrath also strongly affected areas of Mississippi. As a result, a small group from Christ Episcopal Church, Berwick, will spend the week of Feb. 12 in Pascagoula, Miss., aiding fellow members of the Episcopalian faith whose church, homes and businesses were greatly damaged by Katrina. "Basically we are doing what Christ told us to do," the Rev. Robert Lindberg, pastor of Christ Episcopal, said. "We are taking care of people who are in need." ...
