Feb. 11--Le Papillon's dining room murmurs "old school" with its formally clad servers, theatrical flowers and gilt-framed prints of the butterflies for which the restaurant is named. It's the sort of place where you might expect soupe a l'oignon, boeuf Bourguignon or coq au vin on the menu. While it's true that French cuisine has prevailed at this quietly elegant restaurant for three decades, executive chef Scott Cooper takes a distinctly contemporary approach.
