Dallas Market Center and the Accessories Resource Team named the winners of the 18th Annual ARTS Awards at a gala in the new custom event space in the Grand Pavilion at the Trade Mart during the January market. More than 700 guests attended the ceremony which featured the presentation of ARTS Awards in 25 categories as well as recognition of Academy of Achievement honoree Judy George.
