Feb. 12--The 34 judges chosen for this year's 131st Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show have an impossible task. Find the perfect dog. "That never happens," says David Frei, the club's spokesman and commentator for the televised portion of the show, which airs at 8 tonight and Tuesday on USA Network. "They may say it's the best one they've ever seen, but they might also say they'd have liked to see it have more shoulder layback." Shoulder layback? Along with their passion for perfection, dog judges share a peculiar vocabulary. They speak of dogs having "great length of muzzle" and "proper envelope-shaped head" and "prominent hip bones." ...
