PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The President and CEO of Axial Vector(TM) Engine Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: AXVC) , Dr. Raymond Brouzes was pleased to announce today that Dr. John F. Walter has agreed to continue his Management and Technical Consulting to the Company. In addition Dr. Walter has accepted to act as Chairperson of the AVEC Advisory Council.
